Insurance
Fit Interiors carries a full suite of insurance cover appropriate to commercial fit-out and refurbishment work, giving facilities managers, project managers and business owners confidence when appointing us to a project. Copies of our current certificates are available on request.
Our CoverPublic Liability Insurance
Cover of £5 million against claims for injury to third parties or damage to third-party property arising from our work on site.
Employer's Liability Insurance
Cover of £5 million, meeting the statutory minimum required under the Employers' Liability (Compulsory Insurance) Act 1969, protecting our workforce on every project.
Professional Indemnity Insurance
Cover of £1 million against claims arising from design advice, specification or professional services provided as part of a fit-out or refurbishment project.
Contract Works Cover
In addition to the cover above, Contractors' All Risks (Contract Works) insurance is arranged on a project-by-project basis, protecting materials, fixtures and work in progress against loss or damage for the duration of the contract. All subcontractors engaged on our projects are required to hold their own valid insurance and CDM 2015 compliance documentation before starting on site.
