Retail programmes are fixed by lease dates, landlord access windows and the trading calendar, not by the build. We plan the works backwards from your opening date, sequence noisy trades into permitted hours and keep neighbouring units and shoppers clear of the works.
The service covers strip-out, shopfront and entrance works, flooring, ceilings and lighting, shopfitting and display joinery, fitting rooms, counters and tills, stockroom and back-of-house, plus the mechanical and electrical installation behind it. We handle landlord licence-to-alter submissions and hand over with test certification and O&M documentation.
