Most office fit-outs fail on coordination rather than build quality. Running M&E through the same contractor as the partitions, ceilings and finishes means containment routes, lighting layouts and socket positions are set against the final floor plan, not retrofitted around it.

We cover small power and containment, LED lighting and emergency lighting, data and comms cabling, heating, air conditioning and ventilation, fire alarm and detection, and distribution board upgrades. All works are carried out by qualified engineers and handed over with test certification, as-fitted drawings and O&M documentation.

Yes. All installations are tested and commissioned by qualified engineers, and you receive electrical test certification, as-fitted drawings and O&M manuals at handover.
