School refurbishment lives or dies on the handover date. The six-week summer window does not move, and neither does the first morning back. We work with business managers, trusts and estates teams on classrooms and teaching spaces, halls and studios, dining and servery areas, washroom and changing blocks, libraries, staff rooms, receptions and corridors. Surveys and long-lead orders are done in the spring so site work starts on day one of the holidays, and safeguarding, DBS and access arrangements are agreed before anyone arrives.

Yes. Washroom and changing block refurbishments are a common holiday package, covering strip-out, drainage and first fix, cubicles and IPS panelling, sanitaryware, safety flooring and wall finishes, and ventilation.
